This Privacy Policy explains how SundayFree LLC (“SundayFree,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account; your pickup address(es) and any access instructions; your wash preferences (water temperature, detergent, softener, bleach, drying method, stain treatment, and any notes you add); and, once online payment is enabled, limited payment information needed to process a charge (full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers). We also automatically collect basic usage information, such as your language preference, to make the Service work correctly.
We use your information to create and manage your account, schedule and fulfill your pickups and deliveries the way you’ve asked, check whether your address is in a covered service area, communicate with you about your orders, and improve the Service. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing and improving SundayFree.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service: with the team members who pick up, wash, and deliver your laundry (so they know your address and preferences); with service providers that host our systems and, once enabled, process payments; and when required by law. Any service provider we use is required to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.
Your information is stored using industry-standard hosting and database providers with access controls in place. No method of storing or transmitting information is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access.
You can review and update your account information, address, and wash preferences at any time from your account. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us; we will honor that request except where we need to keep certain records for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We use minimal local browser storage to remember simple preferences, like your selected language, so you don’t have to reset them on every visit. We do not use this to track you across other websites.
The Service is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know before they take effect.
