Standard turnaround is 2 business days from pickup to delivery. Our Concierge plan processes and delivers the next business day, and Plus and Concierge both include priority pickup the next business day after scheduling. Pickups and deliveries happen between 8 and 11am, Monday through Saturday — we're closed Sundays.
Single Pickup is great for trying us out with no commitment. Starter works well for occasional laundry (about every two weeks). Plus fits households that do laundry often and want priority service. Concierge is our fastest option, for a standing weekly pickup.
