Every order is billed by weight, at a rate that depends on the plan you choose. No minimums beyond what's listed below, no "trust and safety" fees, no surge pricing — the price you see is the price you pay.
Every order is weighed and billed at the rate for your plan. A typical laundry hamper weighs about 10 lb, so most single-person orders land somewhere between 15 and 30 lb.
If you're not on a plan, the smallest order we bill is 18 lb — so a Single Pickup never costs less than $37.80. Orders above 18 lb are simply billed at their real weight.
Starter, Plus, and Concierge do have a fixed monthly base fee: the 10 lb minimum per pickup, times the number of pickups your plan includes, at your plan's rate. That base is billed every month, whether or not your laundry actually weighed 10 lb. If a pickup weighs more than 10 lb, you're only charged the difference between the actual weight and the minimum, on top of the base — there's no cap. Starter (2 pickups/month at $1.95/lb) has a $39/month base. Plus (3 pickups/month at $1.75/lb) has a $52.50/month base. Concierge (weekly, about 4 pickups/month at $1.60/lb) has a base of about $64/month. Any pounds above 10 lb on a pickup are billed separately, at the same per-pound rate.
Once you subscribe, you pick which day (or days) you want your regular pickup, right in your profile — and you can change them anytime. If you change your days, the new schedule takes effect the following week; a pickup already scheduled for the current week isn't affected. Scheduling and rescheduling pickups to match your plan's commitment is up to you.
No lock-in — cancel or switch plans whenever you want. You're only charged for the pickups that have already been processed; any part of your monthly base you haven't used yet is refunded.
Standard folding means everything comes back neatly folded inside your SundayFree bag. Pro folding (Plus and Concierge) means it's also separated into individual bags by category — shirts, towels, etc. — ready to go straight into your drawers.
On Plus and Concierge, your pickup is reserved ahead of one-time orders — so you get first pick of each day's available slots.
We pick up and deliver every day from 8 to 11am, Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays — that one's for you (and us).

Dog beds, blankets, and other pet items get worn, hairy, and hard to wash at home. We pick them up, wash them with pet-safe detergent in their own separate load, and bring them back clean — billed per item, not by weight, on the same 2-business-day turnaround as the rest of our service.

Pack pet items in a separate bag from your regular laundry. Laundry is billed by weight and pet items are billed per piece, and we also wash them in a separate load for hygiene — pet hair and allergens don't mix with your regular clothes.
