Schedule your first pickupCreate your account, confirm your address is inside our coverage area, and choose your wash preferences — temperature, detergent, softener. Add any notes for the driver, pick a date and time, and you'll get instant confirmation. Your first order defaults to Single Pickup ($2.10/lb, 18 lb minimum, no commitment) — or you can start directly on a subscription plan for a lower rate.
Every pickup and delivery happens between 8 and 11am, Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays — turns out even we could use a Sunday off.
Any bag you already have at home works — a trash bag is perfectly fine. From then on, we send your clean laundry back in a reusable SundayFree bag you can use for every future pickup. Because it's always the same size, you'll quickly get a feel for how much a full bag weighs — making it easier to estimate your order's price before we even pick it up.
No — that's our job. We sort everything by color and fabric before washing, on every order. Stain treatment is included automatically on our Starter, Plus, and Concierge plans; on a one-time Single Pickup, tell us about any stains in your notes and we'll do our best, though treatment isn't included by default.
Yes — we wash pet beds, blankets, toys, and other pet items, billed per item instead of by weight. See the full list and prices on our pricing page. If you're also sending a regular laundry order in the same pickup, pack pet items in a separate bag: laundry is billed by weight and pet items by piece, and we wash them in a separate load for hygiene, since pet hair and allergens shouldn't mix with your regular clothes.
Not at all — unless you'd like to meet our drivers. Leave clear instructions for where to drop off and pick up the bag, and you'll always know exactly what's happening: first, we text you when your driver is on the way to pick up your order; once it's being processed, we send you a photo of it on the scale so you can see exactly what you're being charged for; you can check the full status anytime in the app or on the website, so you always know where your laundry is; and finally, we text you again — with a photo — the moment your order is delivered.
Every order comes back neatly folded inside your SundayFree bag. On our Plus and Concierge plans, it also comes separated into individual bags by category — shirts with shirts, towels with towels — so putting it away takes minutes.
